1.Acceptance of these terms
NOMS° is a permissionless token launchpad. By connecting a wallet, signing the acceptance message, proposing a coin, voting, trading, staking or otherwise using the interface, you agree to these Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy and the Trading Rules.
If you do not agree, do not connect a wallet and do not use the interface.
2.Eligibility
- You are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter this agreement.
- You are not located in, or acting on behalf of anyone in, a jurisdiction where using a decentralised token launchpad is prohibited.
- You are not subject to sanctions and are not using NOMS° for money laundering, market manipulation or any unlawful purpose.
3.Wallets and account access
Access is wallet-based. There is no username or password, and NOMS° never takes custody of your keys or funds. A one-time signature proves ownership of your wallet and records your acceptance of these terms; it costs nothing and approves no transaction.
Anything signed or broadcast from your wallet is treated as authorised by you. If your wallet is compromised, we cannot reverse, freeze or recover transactions.
4.Proposals and voting
- Anyone may propose a coin by paying the proposal fee and submitting a name, ticker, logo and social links.
- A proposal is open for 24 hours. It only launches after reaching the published minimum number of voters and the minimum total committed amount, within the per-wallet cap.
- Proposals that fail the threshold do not launch; committed funds follow the refund path described in the Trading Rules and whitepaper.
- Submitting a proposal is a public act. Name, ticker, logo, links, wallet address and every vote are recorded on-chain and shown in the interface.
5.Creator duties
- You must own or have the right to use the logo, name and branding you submit.
- You must not impersonate another project, person or brand, or submit misleading claims about a token.
- You are responsible for whatever you promise your community. NOMS° does not verify, endorse or vouch for any coin proposed on it.
- NOMS° may hide or delist interface entries for content that is illegal, impersonating or abusive. On-chain contracts remain permissionless and cannot be reversed.
6.Fees and revenue
Trading a NOMS° coin carries a protocol fee that is split between the coin creator, the staking pool and the platform treasury, exactly as published in the whitepaper and enforced by the contracts.
Creators may direct their share to burn, staking or their own wallet. Creator revenue that remains unclaimed for 30 days is routed to the protocol buy-and-burn sink instead of being held indefinitely.
Fees can only change by deploying new contracts; the fee split of an already-launched coin is fixed.
7.Staking and locks
- Staking rewards come from a seeded share of supply plus a share of trading fees, distributed by weight and lock tier.
- Every exit — including flexible stakes — passes through the published cooldown before withdrawal.
- Rewards are variable. Nothing here is a promise of yield, and unclaimed balances follow the abandoned-balance rules in the whitepaper.
8.Risk disclosure
Tokens launched through NOMS° are extremely high risk. Prices are volatile, liquidity can vanish, and a coin can go to zero within minutes. You may lose everything you commit.
Nothing in this interface is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own research, your own decisions and any resulting loss.
9.No warranty
The interface and contracts are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Smart contracts can contain bugs. Networks can congest, reorg or halt. Price feeds and charts can be delayed or wrong.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NOMS° and its contributors are not liable for lost funds, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the protocol.
10.Prohibited use
- Manipulating votes with multiple wallets to bypass per-wallet caps.
- Automated abuse, scraping at a rate that degrades the service, or attacking the interface or contracts.
- Using NOMS° to distribute malware, phishing links or unlawful content.
11.Changes and contact
These terms may be updated as the protocol evolves. Material changes are reflected on this page with a new update date, and continued use means acceptance.
