Privacy Policy

What NOMS° stores, what stays public on-chain forever, and what we never ask you for.

Last updated 1 August 2026

1.The short version

NOMS° has no sign-up form, no password and no email requirement. You connect a wallet, and almost everything you do is a public blockchain action.

We do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising trackers.

2.What we store

  • Your wallet address, and the one-time signature that records your acceptance of the terms.
  • Proposal content you submit: token name, ticker, description, uploaded logo and social links.
  • Votes, commitments, stakes, claims and trades — these live on-chain and are mirrored in our database so pages load fast.
  • Basic technical logs (request time, error traces) used to keep the app running.

3.What we never collect

  • Private keys, seed phrases or any way to move your funds.
  • Names, addresses or government ID — there is no KYC on the interface.
  • Email or phone number, unless you voluntarily publish one in a proposal link.

4.Everything on-chain is public

Blockchains are public and permanent. Your wallet address, votes, commit amounts, trades, stakes and any coin you propose can be read by anyone, forever, by us and by third parties we do not control.

Deleting something from the interface does not, and cannot, remove it from the chain.

5.Third-party services

  • Wallet providers you choose to connect (each has its own privacy policy).
  • Public RPC endpoints and block explorers used to read and broadcast transactions.
  • Market data providers used for price, chart and holder information.
  • Our hosting and database provider, which stores proposal content and uploaded logos.

6.Cookies and local storage

We use local storage for functional preferences only — your theme choice and your wallet connection state. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.

7.Retention

Proposal content and logos are kept as long as the coin exists in the interface, because they describe a live public market. Technical logs are kept for a short operational window.

8.Your requests

You can ask us to remove off-chain content you submitted, such as a logo or description, and we will do so where we are not legally required to keep it. On-chain records cannot be edited or erased by anyone, including us.

Send requests through the team contact link below.

9.Security

Database access is protected by row-level policies, and privileged operations run server-side. No system is perfect: use a wallet you are comfortable connecting to experimental software, and never share a seed phrase with anyone claiming to be NOMS° support.

10.Changes

This policy is updated as the protocol changes. The update date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
